Today we show you a 80V 775Ah traction battery for electric forklift truck which we have assembled and manufactured in our warehouse. This battery model is used by the main brands of electric forklifts such as: Jungheinrich, Caterpillar, BT, Hyster, Linde, Still or Toyota is mainly used for electric forklifts with high load capacity. The battery charger required for this 80 volt battery must be at least 100 Ah.

These traction batteries have been mounted in a metal case with antacid treatment and the 40 elements of 2V have been connected in series by means of flexible connections. The screws for the connection are special ( screw M10 x 22 mm) with insulating rubber head, to avoid contact with metal tools on the battery, and the cable and power connector is incorporated. In this way we have delivered the battery completely ready to work and our customer only has to connect it to the machine.

How is the Battery Traction 80 Volts 775Ah?

The 80V forklift batteries are the most suitable for these applications due to their high discharge capacity of up to 70% and very resistant due to their black Polypropylene container construction. The container and the lid of the element are hermetically welded and are highly resistant to shocks and the most extreme temperatures. The battery has been completely assembled in our workshop by assembling the traction elements and following the connection plan with the safety screws with insulated head.

The model of the elements used in this battery has been 5Pzs775 of our brand Voltem. This element has 140Ah plates and measures 743x 198×101 mm. The terminals are specially designed to ensure that the elements are completely watertight, they are also connected through insulated flexible cables. Its screwed connections facilitate the assembly and replacement of the elements.

VOLTEM traction batteries are equipped with tilt-lock caps and electrolyte level indicator, which facilitates the escape of gases produced during charging and protects the battery from electrolyte spills.it is important to always perform an optimal maintenance of the batteries of electric trucks.
