Each product has its warranty period established by the manufacturer as indicated in the product sheet on the Web, the warranty period ranges from 6 to 24 months depending on the product. The warranty covers defects or deficiencies that a product may have at origin, never those caused by misuse, negligence, ignorance or any other circumstance not attributable to the manufacturer.
In the event of problems with the product you should contact us by fax +34 824 905 032, e-mail email@example.com or telephone +34 924 555 443, an incident number will be assigned and you will be given instructions for sending the product together with a copy of the original invoice to our facilities to be tested. In case of product failure, the product will be repaired or replaced by a new one, free of charge.
Minimum cost of collection of the product for mainland Spain is 20 Euros, please consult for other collection points. Or you can use your own means to send it to us.
If repair of the product is not covered by the warranty, you acknowledge and agree that all costs and charges for testing, repair and/or replacement shall be borne by you.
NOTE: Any transformation, manipulation or unsealing of glasses will result in automatic loss of warranty.
