Shipping and Returns
Free shipping on orders over 123.96 EUR (VAT excluded) valid for mainland Spain, (Balearic and Canary Islands) Transport not included.
Batteries and Amps makes deliveries within the Spanish peninsular territory, by means of national transport agencies. However, if you wish to place an order and you belong to Ceuta, Melilla, Balearic Islands or Canary Islands; please contact us through rebatex@rebatex.com with your order proposal and we will contact you in order to inform you of the possibilities and existing conditions.
For other shipments (Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla or other international destinations) the shipping costs will have an additional cost to be paid later, either by credit card, bank transfer or simply receiving your order freight collect. To be agreed between the two parties.
Delivery times are between 24-72 hours, depending on the weight, volume and dimensions of the items. These delivery times are approximate and are not contractual.
REFUND OR CANCELLATION
In the event that once the order has been paid, cancellation of the order is requested, the amount paid will be refunded except for 20%, which will pay the administration costs of the cancellation of the payment.
The prices of our store are with 21% VAT INCLUDED, but in the order form this is reflected, appearing broken down.
Unless we indicate otherwise, we always try to ship orders on the same day the order is placed. Please note, however, that we only start processing your order once we have received your payment.
If you have made the payment by bank transfer, unfortunately we will not be able to guarantee same day shipment due to the fact that the processing of a bank transfer requires a little more time from the bank. Unlike PayPal, debit card or credit card payments, a bank transfer takes a minimum of 3-4 days to take place. You can speed up the process if you send us by (Fax +34 824 905 032) or (e-mail: rebatex@rebatex.com) proof of payment.
Once the order has left our warehouse, we will send you a confirmation email with a tracking number. Thereafter you can track your order by tracking number through the website of our shipping partners.
Delays
We will keep you informed about the tracking of your order and manage any logistical issues that may arise with the transport company.
In general, a delay may occur if the product you ordered is out of stock in our warehouse and we have to place the order with our supplier.
Vacations / weekends
We also advise you to take into account a slightly longer delivery time if you order on weekends or holidays, as our transport partners do not work on Sundays and holidays. This means that no shipments will be made on weekends or holidays.
Also note that if you place your order during the weekend or on a holiday, it will be processed the next business day.
Procedure
- If it is an exchange when we receive the package to be returned, we will proceed to ship the exchange within 48 hours.
- In the case of a return, we will credit the returned product within 48 hours, using the same payment method you used when placing the order. If the order has already been processed and shipped, you must wait until you receive the goods and then return the order, in which case you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
- If it is a wrong product, we will arrange the collection of the wrong product and delivery of the new one within 48-72 hours.
- In the case of a defective product, we will arrange for the collection of the defective product and delivery of the new one within 48 hours of receipt of the REQUEST. To speed up the process, please send us a photo showing the defect and identifying the order.
