CUSTOM MANUFACTURING

We use the most advanced technology to manufacture traction batteries. Our database of forklifts and pallet trucks allows us to design and manufacture the necessary battery for any make and model of machine.

CONNECTIONS AND MOUNTING

We have a large stock of traction elements, to speed up delivery times as much as possible. We carry out the assembly with flexible screwed connections, and PVC-headed screws, which allow safety protection against electric shocks.

DELIVERED READY TO INSTALL

The battery is delivered charged to 80%, with the electrolyte level correctly adjusted and ready for immediate operation.

It is packed and transported according to safety standards for heavy traction equipment.

Simple assembly:

The battery is shipped fully assembled, including connections and internal wiring.

The customer simply inserts it into the machine and connects the power connector, which can be supplied installed and tested.

Due to the heavy weight of the battery, it should only be handled by mechanical means (forklift, crane or other suitable equipment).

Assembly does not require advanced technical knowledge: technical assistance in these cases is limited to the final connection to the machine, a task that can be performed safely by the user himself, since the battery is delivered ready to work.

In this way, we ensure that the reception and installation of the battery is fast, safe and hassle-free.

• We have a catalog of 12,000 references of traction batteries with different sizes.

• For the most common references, we usually have immediate stock, so delivery is fast (only the transport time is added depending on the customer’s location).

• In the case of less common references or custom-made products, the production lead time is 12 to 15 working days, plus transportation time.
