80V 640Ah forklift truck battery features
The 80V 640 Ah battery is a deep cycle traction battery. The 40 elements of 2V and 640 Amperes that compose this battery are connected in series by means of flexible bridges.
Voltem traction batteries are equipped with caps with tilt lock and electrolyte level indicator to prevent gas condensation and protect the battery from electrolyte spills.

These elements are mounted in a metal box with anti-acid treatment. The dimensions of this model are 1175 length x 1120 width x 570 height mm. This box is used, among others, by Fiat OM forklifts in the E35, E40 and E50 models.

The 2V elements of the Voltem brand are manufactured to withstand a high discharge capacity of up to 70% and are very resistant thanks to the black Polypropylene packaging.
This battery is mounted with the 8Pzs640 element. The element measures 198 width x 155 length x 425 height (mm). The 8Pzs640 module has a capacity of 640Ah (C5).
The container and the lid of the element are hermetically welded and are highly resistant to shocks and the most extreme temperatures. The terminals are specially designed to ensure that the elements are completely watertight, their screwed connections facilitate the assembly and replacement of the elements.
Optionally, the automatic filling system can be incorporated for easy and convenient battery maintenance. This reduces the time dedicated to electrolyte replenishment.
