Compatibility Lithium traction battery for forklift trucks

This 80V 460Ah lithium traction battery is compatible for the replacement of 80V lead-acid traction batteries from 600Ah to 1700Ah. It can be used with the main brands of electric forklifts such as: Jungheinrich, Linde, Hyster, Clark, Toyota or Yale among others. To verify that this model of lithium battery 80V 460Ah is valid for your forklift it is important to know the measurements of the metal box (length x width x height) and thus be able to confirm that it is compatible with the model of the forklift.

Lithium Battery Charger for Forklift Trucks

The 80V lithium battery for forklift trucks includes the intelligent charger, as it forms another important part of the lithium battery systems. The operation of the charger is very simple, it comes with a start button and an off button. And on the integrated touch screen we can see information about the charging process.
Smart chargers constantly monitor the voltage, current and temperature of the battery during the charging process.
If any of these parameters fall outside the safety range, the charger can adjust the charging profile or interrupt the charging process to prevent damage or safety hazards.
Once the battery reaches near full charge, the smart charger can switch to a lower current “float charge” mode to keep the battery at its maximum capacity without overcharging it.
