Manufacture of electric forklift batteries
In our workshop we can manufacture any model of traction battery for pallet trucks, sweepers, lifting platforms and electric vehicles.
Depending on the model of the forklift or machine we consult in our database the exact characteristics of the battery: Voltage (V), Capacity (Ah) and Dimensions (mm). It must be taken into account that each machine requires a different tension and working capacity. The battery voltage can be 12V, 24V, 36V, 48V or 80V and its capacity from 180Ah to 1.000Ah.
In Rebatex we have traction elements of all models and capacities. This allows us to supply all models of batteries for all brands of forklifts on the market.
Our technicians perform electrical voltage checks and charging of the traction battery elements. This way you will receive the battery ready to work. We prepare the battery for shipment and deliver it directly to your facilities.
Together with the battery we deliver the instruction and safety manual for the correct start-up. It also includes the indications for the maintenance of the battery.
