It can be used with the main brands of electric forklifts such as: Jungheinrich, Linde, Hyster, Clark, Toyota or Yale among others. Lithium Battery Charger for Forklift Trucks
The 24V lithium battery for forklift trucks includes the smart charger, as it forms another important part of the lithium battery systems. The operation of the charger is very simple, it comes with the start button and the off button. And on the integrated touch screen we can see information about the charging process. Smart chargers constantly monitor the voltage, current and temperature of the battery during the charging process. If any of these parameters fall out of the safe range, the charger can adjust the charging profile or interrupt the charging process to prevent damage or safety hazards. Once the battery reaches near full charge, the smart charger can switch to a lower current “float charge” mode to keep the battery at its maximum capacity without overcharging it.
